Our second project in Pune, Songs from the Wood, is located just 3.5 km from MG Road, at Uday Baug, off Sholapur Road. It is close to the Empress Gardens, RWITC, Race Course, Magarpatta City, and just 10 km from Pune airport.

We have tried to perfect our homes over time to provide a sense of warmth, privacy, openness, and tranquillity in an increasingly stressful world. Almost every enclosed space opens out onto a landscaped garden, complete with a sprinkler system and drip irrigation system. Furthermore, large glass panels bring in natural light into the home.

Each duplex home is designed as an "L" with most spaces opening into or overlooking an expansive double-height terrace garden allowing ample natural light into the home. Built with natural materials that age gracefully, every home comes with extensive furnishing and vibrant landscaping.

These large 4-bedroom duplex homes are designed to include most aspects of an independent villa/home as part of the design. From gardens and wood decks, with every room opening out into them through large sliding glass panels, spacious double-height living spaces, glass deck to finely finished furniture that is almost hand crafted - these homes redefine the living experience.

Our L20 homes have been designed keeping better space utilisation in mind. They come with an entrance lobby,

3 large bedrooms - each with its own bathroom - spacious living, dining and kitchen, two utility areas, a garden, and a deck. The living and dining space as well as two of the bedrooms open out, through large glass panels, to the garden and deck, which run in alternate directions on alternate floors to offer better lighting to the garden.

Simple, clean lines and free-flowing spaces along with the extensive use of natural materials, give our homes an unmatched warmth. These homes don't feel dated with time.

We present, for the first time in Pune, our signature D35 and D60 duplex apartments as well as our new L20 single level apartments all with our standard Blue specifications which include a central VRV air-conditioning system, an equipped kitchen- with cabinetry, hob, chimney, dishwasher, furniture such as beds, wardrobes, heat pump, and several other features and finishes. These homes are also available in our Purple and Green Specifications.
